MUVO Scalp Cleansing Spray is a pre-shampoo product for your hair and scalp that adds extra grunt power to:

exfoliate the scalp to remove dead skin cells gently away (without gritty bits)

How to Use

Before shampooing, spray directly onto dry scalp. Massage in and wait for 3-5 minutes. Step into the shower and rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo for excessive build up or any MUVO shampoo. Not recommended for use on tape hair extensions. If in eyes wash out immediately with water.

Recommended Routine

Scalp Cleansing Spray is gentle enough to use regularly. Unlike other medicated scalp products, Scalp Cleansing Spray is only 0.05% acids, which makes it safe to use for even the most sensitive scalps that are prone to irritation and itchiness.

For those with scaly and flaky build-up, psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, or acne we recommend following with MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo and then MUVO Totally Naked Conditioner on mid-lengths to ends of the hair. Use as required to alleviate irritation and itchiness, or just for a scalp reset every couple of months!

MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo clarifies to remove temporary colour but should not remove permanent, demi or semi colours. We always recommend caution is taken when using Deep Cleansing Shampoo on semi-permanent colours because some hair doesn’t accept semis well and can therefore be removed more easily.
Will MUVO Scalp Cleansing Spray strip colour from my hair?

MUVO Scalp Cleansing Spray uses natural acids to remove build up and dead scalp skin. MUVO temporary shampoos wash out in 1-2 washes in most cases and Scalp Cleansing Spray may cause that to happen more quickly. It is not meant to remove permanent, demi or semi colours.
Are MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo & Scalp Cleansing Spray safe to use on hair extensions?

MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo & Scalp Cleansing Spray are both safe to use on weft hair extensions only. We do not recommend the use of MUVO Deep Cleansing Shampoo or Scalp Cleansing Spray on tape hair extensions, as the glue may be dissolved. Instead, we recommend the Totally Naked range for tape extensions.

MUVO Deep Cleanse can be used on all hair types. However, Deep Cleansing Shampoo is perfect for removing hairspray, styling products, dry shampoo, pomades and pastes.
