The following document sets forth the Privacy Policy for the MUVO® website, www.muvohair.com. MUVO® (a division of AMCOS Pty. Ltd.) is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. MUVO® is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Crh), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

There are many aspects of the site, which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future MUVO® customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

Generally, the type of personal information we collect about you includes matters relevant to the primary purpose for which we are collecting the information.

Children

While MUVO marketing materials may be viewed by children, we do not wish to receive data from children. MUVO encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the interactive activities offered on the sites their children visit. No information should be submitted to or posted on, MUVO website by visitors under 18 years of age without the consent of their parent or guardian.

Declining Email Offers

Social Logins

We collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login to our website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, link to social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at our website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an email.

Analytics

When you visit this Site, you can browse the Site and access important information without revealing your identity. In order to improve our Site, we use “cookies” to track your visit. Changes to this Privacy Policy

MUVO® reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time to comply with laws or to reflect changes to our business practices. Any updates will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to check our website periodically to ensure that you understand our current policy.

Accessing Your Personal Information

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. MUVO® reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.

The information you provide here will be used processed solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and residency identifying the information you’re requesting and answering your request. Your personal information will be accessed by AMCOS Group, Data Privacy Officer only. Your proof of ID and residency will be deleted once your request has been answered.

We will process your request or request additional information from you within 30 days. We may extend this process for up to two months in which case we will notify you of the extension within a month. The processing of this request is free of charge, but we reserve the right, as allowed under GDPR Article 12 (5), to charge an administrative fee under certain circumstances.

Please note that we may refuse to act, as described under GDPR Article 12 (2) and 12 (5), on requests that are insufficiently substantiated, unfound or excessive.
