  • How much does Shipping cost?

    Within Australia

    REGULAR POST

    – FREE Shipping for orders over $70
    – $7.95 for orders under $70
    – 2~7 business days (approx)

    EXPRESS POST

    $12.95 for all orders
    – Overnight to most of Australia, areas outside of the express network take 2-3 business days.

    International Shipping

    We offer FREE shipping for orders over AUD $70 for customers in:

    NZ  (Zone 1)
    US and Canada  (Zone 4)
    UK and Ireland  (Zone 6)
    Europe 1 & 2  (Zones 7 & 8)

  • What is my order status?

    To check the status of your order login to your Dashboard and click on the orders tab. If you checkout as Guest please click here to search for your order. You will be required to have your Order ID and email used at Checkout.

    If you want to track your parcel in transit, click on the link in your shipping confirmation email to get your tracking ID. We use Australia Post as our carrier.

    Please note: Tracking will only be available when Australia Post first processes the consignment.

  • How long will it take to receive my orders?

    We ship from our warehouse in Smithfield 2164 Sydney Australia.

    SERVICE SPEED COVERAGE
    Standard Shipping Delivery in 2 or more business days after posting Covers all of Australia. Sending to same state: Metro – up to 2 business days. Country – up to 5 business days. Sending interstate: Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points. Country – Please ask at your local Post Office
    Express Shipping Express Post is still the fastest way to get mail from A to B, but we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive. The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
  • I am still waiting for my item to arrive, what shall I do?

    Please find your Shipping Confirmation email and click on the Tracking link. We suggest that you check your spam folder for this email if you missed it.

    If you can’t find this email, not to worry, just contact us here on this page and we will do our best to help you. We will ask for your name, items ordered and postcode for delivery. Once we can identify your order we will be more than happy to provide an idea of fulfilment and delivery status.

    If you created an Account with us, you can always view Order History in Account Dashboard too. Here you will see the current state of your order.

  • I'm worried about my parcel left when not at home.

    All our orders are safe dropped and you can track your order to choose to leave safely or have carded to your nearest Post Office.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    We want you to shop with confidence however please select carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Read full returns policy here.

    If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
    To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express including digital wallets Google Pay & Apple Pay for supported devices.

    You will need to have a payment method from a supported bank or payment card provider. Please see the Apple Pay support page for more details along with a compatible Apple device.

  • Do you shipping Internationally?

    Yes we do! Please check out our information regarding shipping rates and delivery times here. Free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise.
